Roma Guest House endeavours to provide access to all its guests, at all times, whatever their needs. Should there be anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety, please do not hesitate to inform us. 

On Arrival

The car driver may park their vehicle in our private car park. The car park is at the rear of the property and accessed by the 2 white gateposts. Spaces are clearly marked and should be adhered to. We offer parking on the basis of one car space per room and may require double-parking on occasions during busy periods, subject to availability. Parking is permitted on the roads surrounding the property and there is a large public car park opposite. Vehicles are parked on our premises at the owner’s risk. On arrival at the front gate, there is a step through the gateway and then 2 further steps into the porch and another step into the hallway.  

Inside the building

All landings and accessible areas are illuminated 24 hours a day and are carpeted. Some mobile phones receive a poor signal due to the thick, granite walls. Access from the main ground floor hallway leads to the dining room and lounge but there are no downstairs bedrooms. There are stairs to the guests’ bedrooms, but no lift. There are double (with bathroom grab rails), twin, family and single rooms on the first floor, with stairs leading to a double and family room on the second floor. The layout of the building is unsuitable for wheelchairs. Teletext is available in all bedrooms on remote control colour televisions with ‘Freeview'. There is access to the Internet through WiFi, which is available on request. A hearing loop is available on request for the hard of hearing. 

Bathrooms

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers, except the single room, which has it’s own separate private bathroom with shower.   

Smoking

Roma Guest House is a non-smoking establishment throughout, and we reserve the right to levy an extra cleaning charge should anyone smoke anywhere within our premises. There is a small patio area with a bench, to the front of the property, where guests may smoke.
