Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 1 - night's accommodation per person is required to secure
a booking.
A provisional booking will be honoured for 7 days. A firm offer of accommodation will only be made on receipt of your deposit within that time.
Payments by cheque are due 7 days prior to arrival.
There is a £1 charge applied to all transactions made by debit/credit card.
There will be no reduction made for any late arrivals, early departures or meals not taken.
Guests are liable for any damage incurred during their stay.
The management cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the bedrooms.
Cars are left in the car park at their owners' risk.
Rooms will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, until 10.00am on the day of departure.
We regret that no pets are allowed (except guide dogs by prior arrangement).
In line with new Fire regulations, Roma is strictly a NON-SMOKING establishment.
Guests are not allowed visitors in their rooms.
Guests causing a nuisance, or upsetting others, will be required to leave immediately without any
monetary refund.
Cancellations
Your deposit is
non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, please call +44 (0)1637 875085 as soon as possible, to enable us to re-book the room however, you are liable by law, to pay the full amount of the booked tariff, less the cost of food and laundry etc. not supplied.
